Steps to Book a Fez Safe Locker
Booking a Safe Locker is easy. Follow these simple steps:
- Head to the Fez Delivery Website:
Visit www.fezdelivery.co and click “Ship Now.” - Fill in Your Delivery Details:
- Select “Local Deliveries.”
- Enter your pickup zone, delivery address, and preferred date.
- Under “Drop-off Zone,” pick a zone like “Ikeja” (or wherever applies).
- Choose “Send to Our Smart Locker” and select the nearest locker as your drop-off spot.
- Add Package Info:
- Enter the weight (max 5kg).
- Provide sender details: name, phone number, alternative number, and email.
- Include recipient details: name, email, phone number, and package info (contents, quantity, value).
- Confirm and Book:
Double-check everything, hit pay, and you’re done!
How To Pick Up A Package From The Locker
Once a package arrives at the Safe Locker, the recipient receives an OTP and other pick up details:
- Go to the Locker:
Head to the Fez Safe Locker location with the unique passcode sent via SMS or email. - Tap “Pick Up”:
On the locker’s screen, select “Pick Up” and enter the passcode. - Grab Your Package:
The locker pops open—collect your item and close the door. Done!

About the Promotion:
- This promotion provides free access to our Safe Locker network within Lagos and Abuja.
- Free deliveries apply to intrastate deliveries within Lagos and Abuja; however, interstate deliveries to Lagos and Abuja incur a fee of N2,000.
- The promotion runs from June 1st, 2025, to June 30th, 2025.
- Please note that the maximum weight requirement for the Safe locker is 5kg.
- Estimated delivery timelines for Safelockers are 24 working hours intrastate and 2-3 working days interstate.
- The Safe Locker should not be used for packages that exceed a value of 200,000.
- Packages must be well wrapped and sealed.
- Fez Safe Lockers are not meant for meals and perishable goods.
- Package pick-up must occur within 24 hours after notification. After that, the package will be extracted and taken to the nearest Fez delivery hub for the receiver to pick up. Additional charges may apply.
